PoE Arc, Vaal Arc, League Starter builds

I wanted to pick a league starter that is a really smooth mapper and can at least do the (non-uber) pinnacle bosses + the feared. Arc doesn't have nearly the damage of other ignite skills like WoC or Vaal FB but to me, it has the smoothest playstyle. With the new reworked Singularity and Thunderfist you can get some very decent Vaal Arc dps for bosses. In fact, socketing arc in thunderfist is better than 6 linking it. If they're cheap you could even attempt to corrupt for +2 duration gems to scale vaal arc further. This of course is assuming that Thunderfist is cheap on league start, which

This was originally a BV/EK Stormwall into Fulcrum full conversion build, but then they removed Stormwall so I had to change plans or be left without being able to league start. I've got a ton of hours in PoE and want to league start a selfmade build in SSF this upcoming league. The idea is to use arc in a 6 link (with overcharge support) to deliver fat shocks and to use a 6 linked lightning conduit for actual damage. Im not worried about the damage numbers etc since PoB isn't updated yet and all that, but how does the tree/links look? All items I put in the build are also very basic. So i think i have finished my pob of the shock slinger. Gotta replace the 6 link arc with lightning conduit and add overcharge support to the 3 link arc but thats about it. i tried to be reasonable with the items since its a league starter but who knows what the actual prices of these will be. Guessing ashes of the stars might be a bit much like this league but we probably have other amulet options anyway. One other thing to note. According to a poe wiki or something i read that spellslinger always triggers helmet first so there shouldnt be a problem with lightning conduit trying to cast

The two new shock based skill look awesome. Only thing is that they are combo reliant and I hate pressing buttons. Do note that all of the dps numbers shown in this default tree are without any DPS from items, the normal staff equipped is only done so to enable some values from the tree, and the rare armour was added to give a better idea of final health/armour/ES numbers with mediocre gear. I think hitting 1m DPS with this build with budget bin/SSF items should be fairly painless after the buffs.
