High Cast Speed? High Mana Cost? No Problem ! OP MANA SUSTAIN with【ARCmage Hiero】! MoM Agnostic 3.14

Hey guys ! Many of u wanted to see if hiero is better than raider~ Well, i would say it's actually pretty simillar as each ascedancy has its own perks~

// Build Overview //

• Hiero has more Mana = DPS and DEF(MoM)

• Better Mana sustain (literally can spam non stop as long flask is up)

• Very high cast speed too (in par with Raider) due to Arcane surge buff

• Can work easily with any tier of budget (even league start with it)

** As for raider, it has more QoL (Exposure) and movement speed, makes the build feels super fluid ~ So what do u think? Raider or Hiero is better?
