PoB: Exsanguinate + Arcanist Brand From what I saw, Exsanguinate doesn't seem like an amazing spell to self-cast. Spell Totems seem like the obvious solution, but I think Arcanist Brands will provide the smoothest playstyle. Exsanguinate doesn't seem to suffer from its downsides (a lot). Question: Is the DoT debuff affected by the damage reduction from Arcanist Brand? I can see it going both ways depending on how one interprets the wording. If not, this could turn out godly. Evening. It's been a pretty smooth transition from cold dot to vortex ignite in the mid game. I've got all my implicits set on boots and gloves. I'm 100 percent spell supressed. &x200B; I gotta level up (92 atm) but i'm getting my ass kicked in t16s &x200B; I think my issues lie with Block/Spell Block. Can you check my PoB and tell me what you think about it? Currently I have chill for 37% chill and 25% reduced movement speed from the sceptre. Convergence would of course be more damage. But the damage seems pretty decent. I have Obliteration in weapon swap. For nice pops while mapping. Double Ming's is possible but then the ignite prolif from the pops is gone.
