Ruetoo's WoC Ignite > Vortex Ignite League Starter

Hey guys, just making this post to share my league starter. WoC ignite then changes to vortex ignite with gear.

The PoB is all from Ruetoo stream. I just put everything in one PoB and put a leveling progression and removed the Mageblood version because I will not need it in week 1 lol.

I never played this build before, so I can't really answer mechanic questions about it. There are some changes in the 3.20 version, but basically, we got more dmg for free.

Everything should be in the PoB, just pay attention, especially on the implicits on the vortex transition.

Edit: I made a bunch of changes to include the suggestions from ppl in the comments. Also changed some trees to be more efficient and not require so many regrets. And, after some testing, I added a spark leveling until you change with arma brand because I found that more pleasant to level. And since im not a racer anyways, I dont mind being 10min slower for a smoother gameplay experience.
