PoE Marauder, League Starter, Movement builds with custom stat filters

PoB: Hi, I was doing some MF and thought " would be nice if i could use the ghost strat on my own" but i was playing BV so cant do. Had to level an other character, probably pathfinder as it seems to be the optimal ascendancy but i was too lazy to spend 4 hours in leveling.
