PoE Champion, Slayer, SSF, Cold builds

Elemental Hit Ballista Champion with Wilma's was my favourite build of Sanctum (SSF btw) and it gets massive buffs for 3.21: ~~Reliable "covered in ash" via Xoph's Blood buffs~~ \+2 Proj from tree 100% increased Damage with Hits against Ignited Enemies Transfer Mark Mastery \+1 max all res (from Reservation Mastery) The character had around 8m shaper dps and manages to hit 13.5m shaper dps with changes (if 3.21 dev pob is correct). ~~3.21 pob:~~ ~~ 3.20 pob

left - RF mid - lightning warp right - WOrb q - VRF w - frost blink e - guard r - ass mark t - banner crafting helmet: 1. buy base with enchant 2. crusader slam 2b. roll until "+1 maximum power charges" is the only influenced affix 3. buy redeemer helmet with "nearby enemies have - 9% to cold resistance" 4. use awakeners orb on redeemer helmet 5. use orb on crusader helmet 6. craft suppress

DISCLAIMER: I have not actually played this build in any way yet and 3.18 is when I'll possibly try it, so it could have periods of build progress where its shit before it becomes good, or just be shit forever. DISCLAIMER 2: This is NOT intended to be a day 1 all uber bosses killed build with all magic gear like DD, but one that can function early without needing gear in SSF but will also feel rewarding to build it up as you play throughout the league.
