Path of Exile 3.16 League Starter Build Concept #1 - Frost Blades Champion

Disclaimer Since i play hc ssf, my builds are generally oriented for that content. You wont see giga budget or giga damage builds, its all bumming it out with as little as possible.

Gear Two Handed Axe - Big physical % + flat phys, elemental damage with attacks, attack speed. Gloves - increased damage vs chilled enemies, frostbite on hit(from league mechanic) Rest of the gear - as much of hp and resists as possible, ideally u want to overcap elemental resists by at least 30 and get some chaos resists going as well.

Skill links Frost blades - Ruthless - Fortify - Faster Attacks - Hypothermia - Inspiration. Fortify is replaced after uber lab either by Elemental damage with melee attacks or Behead. Ancestral Warchief - Multiple Totems - Multistrike - Faster Attacks Hydrosphere Indimidating Cry - Dash - Second Wind Stone Golem Steelskin on left click or cast when damage taken

Auras Before we finish cruel lab and get 100% accuracy against taunted enemies we run precision + herald of ice + war banner. After Cruel lab we drop precision and war banner, and replace it with Vitality(with mana efficiency from life mastery) and frostbite + blasphemy. If you get gloves with frostbite you might consider investing 4 skill points in reservation mastery and try to fit in hatred~

Build overview There is just something satisfying about playing frost blades and not having to aim. Wish i could minmax it but oh well gotta bum it out till i die :D/
