PoE Slayer, Projectile builds

I have been playing Wild Strike in the past and always had a blast. This league i want to give it another go with this build i made. I was prety shocked by the Voidforge prices though, so i guess i won't leaguestart with this. I'm unsure whether i should go with Grace or Determination. I also don't really know what other skills i should use so i made a CWDT Blade Vortex thingy to create power charges. Feel free to give me some suggestions

I built this because I wanted to build around fatal flourish and perma-freeze sanctum (Southbound is a little better for freeze and mapping, hotht gloves for dps bosses). I just gambled away most of my currency and failed my no-hit run to a degen that occurred after I killed the sanctum boss floor 2 :( after doing many flawless practice runs... so I'm kind of feeling done with the league but wanted to share.

I started playing poe quite a while ago. My first few chars didn't get past acts. The first char that I really brought to end game was a frost blades champion way back in bestiary league. With the new stuff we've seen these past leagues, I think the skill plays quite differently than how it did before, and I do too. I'd like to try out the new amulet + loreweave interaction, if it isn't too expensive. End game, I'd like to see if the new ring will be as OP as it sounds. Even if it isn't, I'll still have a fallback as I've never played eternity shroud + heatshiver which should be great. Howev

Here's my test result of reduced projectile speed spectral helix. Spectral helix can always spiral up to 4.25 rotations, and the projectile speed does not affect the rotation distance. In my test, I found the number of total hits versus projectile speed was limited to 36 hits against this little totem. Further, the hit rate decreased to around 0.5 h

When Frostferno was in the game, EC had a 5.5 link with +8 gems that was highly possible to use. You would take Avatar of Fire, get a double corrupted Frostferno and now you had a cool non traditional setup. It was reasonable to use sapphire at least due to cold to fire on Frostferno. Frostferno is gone now though. After a lot of PoB work, I am of the strong opinion that EC is better off without Sapphire/Topaz flasks. POB: This Char is utilizing Oblivion Barb - Synthesized Fancy Foil, the Dexstacking Explody Sword I crafted a couple days ago and was mainly meant to work around it. I am still working on the Character, I was testing around with Replica Farruls that I borrowed from my Flicker Raider, it gives a lot of tankyness. Level is still quite low so 2 extra frenzies could be added. Also +1 or +2 rings, %dex rings or intimidate ring could add lots of damage. This Character is mainly made to make "Oblivion Barb - Synthesized Fancy Foil"

5.3 mil should be tanky, super fast, easy to put in melding, anyone want to expand on this: replica restless ward, badge of the brotherhood and rest is random gear, 40c ele claw etc
