From what we've seen so far, do you guys think zerker with rage and impale would be a good choice for 3.19? Here's a quick pob I threw together (not sure if I'm calculating the dps of it correctly but it looks promising). I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now.
