So we all know good old SRS. You have 20 of the little buggers, they swarm around headbanging things and living out their short blissful lives. Sometimes they even go out with a bang, and the sound of 20 skulls exploding multiple times a second is the good old SRS Popcorn. But what if the explosions were bigger? MUCH bigger? Hey guys, I put together a pure Spectre build with the new Forged Frostbearer. I discovered that with Sire of Shards & Greater Volley, the Frostbearers still shoot all projectiles straight forward. It's honestly been a blast in t16 maps. With all the projectiles & cast speed, they actually have really good clear. Tree is no way finalized and optimized but damn this is probably my favorite build in recent years.

His budget POB: Nothing more advanced yet: The medium & higher budget options will be posted when they are done as we are currently waiting for Localidentity to help us get the Forged Frostbearer spectres in to PoB before I showcase optimized higher budget PoB’s.

Edit: Fixed for 100% flask uptime. This is my last submission. I will be playing this version of poison permanent minions in 3.21. This build is tanky, fast and best of all you only have to cast two spells on bosses (one cast of skeleton and one cast of despair). Without skeletons up it does 13m dps , with 1 skeleton to apply wither it does 23m, and everything up it hits the poison cap. The gear looks expensive, but it is quite easy to craft.
