PoE Determination, Necromancer, Watcher's Eye builds

POB: Thought I would share my favourite build of the league since there is not too much on out there on this variation of Soulwrest. It uses Kitava's Teachings and Corpsewalker boots to maintain phantasms, and uses Triad Grip gloves to convert 75% phys to cold. I have managed to get somewhere around 4.5M boss DPS when all buffs are up and is a very fun and simple build to play. This is a showcase of how my build turned out this league. I played carrion golems the entire league, but me and my minions died quite a lot early. In order to counter act the minions dying I had to invest in dread march medium clusters, and my left ring slot being a gloam ring. For myself, since a shield takes away a lot of damage and minion survival I decided to go 100% spell suppress CI. All in all, the build turned out pretty filthy and was everything I could ask for. PoB : &x200B; Blast rain is probably hitting multiple times per attack right? which means that with full ramp it's almost guarantted to be hitting coc proc cap? &x200B; If I understand correctly, in my current setup : Desecrate in Asenaths creates a maximum of 12 corpses per desecrate, up to about 3.5 times per second. Given the way I've placed the spells in my bow, DD will first explode 5 of those, and VD will then explode the 7 remaining corpses, which kind of "wastes" a potential 8 more explosions? I'm working on poison Dark Pact for next league. The shared PoB has some issues I am aware of (empower lvl2, under-leveled gems in general, some gear pieces are terrible - especially wand, missing Passive ascendancy jewels). I pulled the gear I had from different builds so it is kinda strange. I am mainly looking for if you guys have ideas for some structural changes, rather than amplifying current state by getting better gear doing the same thing I am doing. maybe some new interactions I don't have, some interesting legendar
