PoE Malachai's Loop, Void Battery builds

Hey guys, Recently came across the synergy between heatshiver and alt qual Ice trap and distilled 2 potential paths. One would be grace, one would be determination, both together would result in a major DPS loss which I wouldnt want personally on this character. I plan to do Ubers (eventually) with it - no spell suppression sucks but I count on phasing bosses fast enough to not deal with the mechanics. My current POB says my lightning conduit elementalist has 14M against pinnacle bosses. Here is my POB I definitely know in game damage will be different than sheet damage but I feel like I'm doing no where near that damage with even T16 bosses or few of the essence rares. Wonder if my POB configuration is incorrect or it's just how this build really is. Wrath will boost my damage a lot but I don't have enough sockets to fit wrath + divine blessing. Don't have currency for a enlighten 4 and replace herald of thunder.

Since the other dude is asking for more PoB, here is a tentative Lightning Conduit Elementalist. I looked at the other lightning conduit PoB and found it extremely lacking. Insane custom multiplier from everywhere, a shock calculated on the basis you have already a 100% shock on the target which it obviously won't, a need to alternate between lightning arrow and lightning conduit, an idea that using voltaxic make the build reach "a much high ceiling" while you are basically giving up weapons and ends up with a spell doing 40% lightning 60% chaos (very fun to scale the resists after that), etc

I know this looks like a meme build, but damn are there rarely league start VIABLE meme builds. With the new Ralekesh's impatience boots we gain minimum charges instantly when stationary and hopefully the buffed arctic armour can do something now. In all seriousness this almost all cheap or currency farmable in white maps unique items and twink rare gear, super basic jewels and cheap watchers eye with plenty of room for upgrades for much later. The reworked Ralakesh's Impatience boots make your minimum charges equal to your maximum charges when standing still. This got me thinking about the possibility of a charge stacker who only needs the stacks while standing still, for example when casting a spell. These boots should also interact in an interesting way with another unique, Malachais loop. This shield normaly removes all power charges upon reaching the maximum.
