PoE Frostblink of Wintry Blast builds

Saw a version of this a few weeks ago and have spent awhile trying to maximize it for defense and offense as i really like the concept. Wanted to show what I got so far. its got 150k max hit for phys and ele with 3% hp and mana on hit from curse mastery tech while hitting over 120 times per sec on single target, which gives it over 14k hp per second like instant leech. Also has 100% phys taken as ele 90% all ele res 75/75 block and spell block (no glancing). And it seems the dps can be pushed all the way to 97m while being a hefty tank. Hello non-meta build enthusiast! I present to you probably one of the favourite builds I've made to date, mainly because this one actually works and feels good to play! It uses the new overloaded tincture to get 7000%+ increased attack damage and some healthy strength scaling to get all the flat damage I need. My second build of the league based primarily on Jungroan's Arc Assassin build. The power charge stacker / ES stacking template that a lot of builds are using. I'm not sure what the next steps are from here besides levelling to fill out my cluster Jewel tree. Capping spell suppress with a charm is also in the works. Hey everyone, I've come across the Bronn's Lith Version of CoC Frostblink with Wintry Blast, and while it undoubtedly dishes out insane DPS, it's essentially a cast-on-death portal build that folds at the slightest glance. Inspired by the concept, I decided to tweak it into a more robust build that can handle Simulacrum wave 30 deathless, take on uber bosses, and breeze through mapping with just a single portal. I have been slowly farming up div to buy a Fulcrum and it has been super slow going. I finally got enough div, but now I am second guessing whether or not the Fulcrum is worth it. Right now, I am using Mokou's Embrace with the corruption that poison cannot be inflicted on me. With that I have a 3-link with CWS, Lifetap and Forbidden rite, with a 100+ chance to ignite myself. It's my little "poor man's Fulcrum" setup. I also have the gloves that spread ignites (POB at the bottom), and I am mopping up maps just as the Fulcrum builds do on the v
