PoE Chaos Inoculation, Mind Over Matter builds

A 100% MoM character has been possible for the past couple league in standard but I couldn't afford it (double PC rings, weapon trees). Now with the MoM from TWWT, it's much easier to achieve 100%. PoB: The build focuses on mana and recovery, notably recoup and the regen from TWWT. For additional mitigation, the build uses Chaos Inoculation and Divine Flesh. Looking for input on the following build. I filled in a passive tree and added the mandatory items I know of. I'm going for a Low Life Occultist that uses cyclone+CoC+cold dot. From how I picture this... 1) cyclone crits and causes cold snap to proc. cold snap generates frenzy charges. Let me start this off with this build is not viable, it does no damage, and by no damage, I mean it literally does less than 10k damage a second. However, this build should hopefully not be able to die to anything. I haven't been able to create it yet, but from a purely theoretical standpoint, you have so much effective HP that damage becomes negligible. In addition we make use of absorption charges with 11 charges, basically meaning that if elemental damage isn't one-shotting us, it is healing us instead.
