How to get geared Make sure your resistances are capped Make sure you have +60 total Spirit. Prioritize maximum mana as it is both offensive and defensive. Prioritze mana regeneration as it is defensive. Determine your weights (via Video on weighted shopping) Buy items that fit your budget with the highest weighted sum based on preferred affixes Re-evaluate your weights after major upgrades. Annoints: Frazzled > Lightning Rod For more accurate DPS Test your shock % in game, add this to the configuration tab. Test your exposure % in game, add exposure in configuration if you are applying exposure. Spark can hit the same target once every .66 seconds, so divide your duration by .66 and enter that in the skill count. Lightning Conduit does 100% more more damage per 5% shock so double your spark % divine by 5 and then enter the total in the skill count for lightning conduit.
