[POE 2] Stormweaver Ball Lightning + Cast on Shock Conduit, Millions of DPS

So, I reworked my Spark build into this Stormweaver Ball Lightning + Cast on Shock Lightning Conduit Archmage Build, mana stacking, 6.8k ES, 5.6k Mana, Mind Over Matter (so it's total 12.4k health pool), Chaos Innoculation (immune to chaos dmg). I have my curse on weapon set 2, so it auto swaps when I cast it, then I cast ball lightning and it auto swaps to weapon set 1. On weapon set 2 I have wand with +4 lightning and focus with +2 all spells. It's for a bit stronger curse effect. It's very good for mapping, good clear speed, good survivability, single target dps is also very good, much better than with Spark, most t15-16 and pinnacle bosses die in few seconds. I wish this build can also have ES leech and Immunity to all ailments, but at current stage of the game it's not possible I guess.

Budget: For my Spark version (video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5U-N3tStOg) I spent around 14-17 div. But here I changed few items and bought another jewels, so I guess total budget is around 20-25 div, maybe even bit more because some items became more expensive.
