PoE builds similar to Rage Vortex is not what i expected

Heyo, So i've been working on a shield charge/shield crush Glad making use of bleed and challenger charge nodes for league start. I got to work on this after reading a few other posts regarding this skill and thought I would throw my pob in to the mix for some optimization from the community! &x200B; After seeing " While reviewing this skill, we've made changes to all skills that deal damage based on Shield Defences, greatly boosting their damage. -------------------------------------------------------- FOREWORD AND NOTES: This is a tweaked build from u/Spandauer2129 because I got bored and wanted to see if it was league start viable. Barring Patch Notes nerfing everything to the ground, I think this is a decent starter. This build was made on 7/17 BEFORE Patch notes. If this is popular enough, I will make better versions and see how far I can push it. I plan on making adjustments to the build once patch notes hit and we get the 3.15 passive tree.
