Ditch the title, it's now "131% Gem Quality" I have developed all this a little further, I have now made this Sword, which can get to a grand total of 131% gem quality. The rest of this post is the initial version and it's many edits, in short, you can also get this on a 1h or a shield, though you cannot get the +1 all gems prefix on shields, so a maximum of 6% less possible. About a week ago I asked about ideas and suggestions for a Replica CIP build that I could try in SSF and with the help of someone providing a rough PoB I set out to give it a go.
