PoE builds similar to Lightning Tendrils Chieftan 3.22

Hi, in search of skills to use with Ashes of the Stars i have found Phantasmal Lightning Tendrils . This is not a build guide, just a FYI for players looking for infos on Lightning Tendrils after the selfcast buff. Since Lightning Tendrils forces you to stand still and be in melee range for a long time, I would recommend Inquisitor, which lets you get super beefy. Untested Update for 3.18 - I have not tested the above PoB. It should be a dramatic improvement in survival as its converts a lot of ele to 90% chaos resistance (and also has 90% chaos resistance). It loses about 40% of the DPS from the original, but honestly, that hardly matters as it is still >40M DPS. This is also a slight overestimate as punishment would not be active all the time. With this staff coming back in Sanctum, the lightning tendrils rework is looking juicy for inquisitor. Could even just pick up battlemage and use LT totems as hiero.
