PoE builds similar to 3.16 Build a Day = Berserker Shield Crush

I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now. Overall nothing too crazy or innovative but think its worthy of a league start. POB has no cluster, gem quality, flasks, Eldritch mods, or berserk buff. Im tinkering with my PoB and noticing some inconsistencies. I have attack speed on 3 flasks but PoB only show one flask with attack speed in attack speed calculation. Can I only have one flask with attack speed? I also have 2% increased attack and cast speed with physical skills nodes on my clusters. PoB is not increasing my shield crush attack speed from these nodes. Shield has the physical tag. Am i misunderstanding something? PoB in question :
