PoE builds similar to POE 3.8 Blight Toxic Rain Pathfinder Leveling

Only the second league I've tried to play to endgame. This build feels pretty comfortable doing regular pinnacles and I'm really enjoying it - but wondering what I go for next.. POB: I'm playing trade and have around 8div to spend. Some things I'm thinking about: Ailment immunity via Grand Spectrum (have 1, would need 1 more) Woke gems (Void manip primarily) better chest? FAQ < How much area of effect do we want? You want EXACTLY 39% area of effect, since Pathfinder already gives 30% area of effect, this effectively means you have to get 9% aoe somewhere.
