Ditch the title, it's now "131% Gem Quality" I have developed all this a little further, I have now made this Sword, which can get to a grand total of 131% gem quality. The rest of this post is the initial version and it's many edits, in short, you can also get this on a 1h or a shield, though you cannot get the +1 all gems prefix on shields, so a maximum of 6% less possible. Hello guys, I got this idea for an Occultist build inspired by the elemental dot buffs and the new chaos mastery revealed. I worked on this idea a few days ago, but the new chaos mastery reveal seems a pretty good fit for this build so, I included it in my build. Ok, a few words first. I want to point out that this build is not what someone would call "optimal", but it combines various features to create a beautiful result and what I would call a fun playing experience. If you 're fan of Torchlight, Grim Dawn etc. then you know what I'm talking about. So, what are the elements of the build?
