Behind Eyes Gaming's Notes

This build is bringing back Winter Orb using a few uniques that allow you to keep a Soul Eater buff on yourself for an extended period of time by prolonging flask effect giving absolutely insane attack and cast speed. You will be leaping around the map decimating packs at breakneck speed all for a very small fraction of the price of a Headhunter.
