PoE builds similar to Easy Fun Budget Herald of Agony Build Super Upgradable and Versatile! (Path of Exile)

Storm Brand HoA Jugg is my favourite build in PoE. I have seen some players in both SC and HC trade make this build work every league but they are not SSF friendly at all. I have been trying to make it work in SSF for a couple of leagues and I think I have found a version that I am happy to share in this subreddit. This build does not have a ton of dmg but the uptime is fantastic and the tankiness is through the roof. Hey! So I've been a long time casual player since open beta but would usually only play each league for a week or so, get to Shaper, and then call it quits. This league I decided to commit a little more time and finally got my first Uber Elder kill on HC Kalandra trade league with a RF Jugg! I was also lucky enough to be able to farm EoW invitations safely and made about 50 div + Ashes and Melding on hand. Config: Intimidate and negative resists is from Belt of the deciever+Eye of Malice (Animate guardian) Playing around with the resist-shredding capabilities of elementalist. Any thought? Anyone tried this? Is just Occulist better? Edit: My gripes with this concept are elemental ailments and the loss of something like The Stampede.
