In this Cheap Budget Path of Exile Necromancer build I take on the challenge of building a character capable of farming the Shaper Guardians and other T16 maps on less than a 40 chaos orb budget. I also managed to do this while only using 4 links in my gear, not even buying a 5 or 6 link! This build was a lot of fun to put together so if you would like to see another budget build just let me know!
