Hey everyone. I've been cooking an idea up in my head to make a build as the title suggests. The concept is: \- Endurance charge stacking (with some power charges too) \- Ralakesh boots with badge of the brotherhood for use of all 3 charges (current setup has 9 endurance, 5 power/5 frenzy) \- Arn's Anguish = 9 brutal charges currently \- Brutus' Lead sprinkler with some decent strength stacking and redblade banner because I don't know a better option for the slot.
