I have been working on this build for the most part of the day testing some different setups for a pillar based bone shatter build. In the end a very simple version I decided was the best. Further work can be done to add in bloodthirst with much higher budget.
I have decided to not focus on stacking as much stun as possible so the build is hoping that the base radius is generous. But with a couple of passive changes more stun nodes can be taken.
With any strike skill, attack speed is key to make it feel good, therefor we dip our toe into undeniable for Juggernaut, which proves to be very effective with a small amount of investment into the tree.
The current gear is quite league start friendly except the astramentis and the two kaom's ways. While astramentis fixes some attribute requirements for the build and also adds a lot of damage through attack speed.
You also have a free annoint, I have not been able to find a optimal annoint.
As Bone shatter is not out, the skill has been simulated through heavy strike and special mods on the pillar. There is explanation for the fixes on the Pillar. There is some issues that where not fixable, there is no way to calculate trauma stacks and heavy strike is at 247% base damage instead of 250%. It should be slightly lower then actual bone shatter damage.
At 12 trauma stacks the self damage should be around 2200 which should be easily mitigated and give us a good amount of regen through unbreakable.

I am going to league start this build in HC and the build is very tanky because of this ^^ Most likely a lot of life can be taken out to improve the clear of the skill through taking more stun duration.
