PoE builds similar to PoE 3.22 | Self Chill CoC FR | Testing in Heist, Delve, Expedition

I really wanted to make use of the Master Surgeon and the Sorrow of the Divine Flask interaction so I tried to combo them with the Trialmaster shield. Other than that, Master Surgeon's synergy with petrified blood inspired me to go Low Life and scale hit based chaos spell, therefore Forbidden Rite. Im playing a Mahuxotls+Fourth Vow+ Tempered by War Poison FR pathfinder. POB: In Picture you can see: PoB Does not respect me having Divine Flesh or Tempered by War when it calculates my DoT Health-Pool.
