Self Chill CoC FR Showcase | 3.23 Affliction is a Path of Exile Pathfinder build by PaintMasterPoE, made for the Affliction league (3.23). In 3.23 build simply got more DPS and speed. Best way to utilize this speed is probably delve, i used this build mostly for logbooks farming.

In 3.23 Dialla's Malefaction became totally OP for this build, +2 level to FR and Awakened CoC for more damage and easier to reach 52% cdr, and +30% quality to Cyclone which means MORE movespeed.
Total cost is about ~20 Div: 6l Dialla - 4d. Awakened CoC lvl 5 - 6d, rest is about 10d (Rares, rings, Flasks, Gems, Watcher's Eye, That Which Was Taken, any decent Lethal Pride). +4d if you going Ashes with 26-28% quality.
Build isn't that tanky, some mobs can just oneshot especially in 3.23 when we have those empowered mobs.
