Self Chill CoC FR Showcase | 3.23 Affliction

In 3.23 build simply got more DPS and speed. Best way to utilize this speed is probably delve, i used this build mostly for logbooks farming.

In 3.23 Dialla's Malefaction became totally OP for this build, +2 level to FR and Awakened CoC for more damage and easier to reach 52% cdr, and +30% quality to Cyclone which means MORE movespeed.

Total cost is about ~20 Div: 6l Dialla - 4d. Awakened CoC lvl 5 - 6d, rest is about 10d (Rares, rings, Flasks, Gems, Watcher's Eye, That Which Was Taken, any decent Lethal Pride). +4d if you going Ashes with 26-28% quality.

Build isn't that tanky, some mobs can just oneshot especially in 3.23 when we have those empowered mobs.
