PoE builds similar to [3.24] Spark Poison Pathfinder | w30 and T17 showcase

I've been slowly gearing a PF poison spark while playing tota. Switched to it and dps sucks. Om missing ele overload which I plan to fix with a keystone and a bit of res but my main issue is dps. Can someone point me in the right direction?

This league was by far my most successful. I started out as poison seismic sabo and had a great time. The dps was lackluster for endgame so instead of dumping loads of currency I built a CoC Ice Spear Occultist. That character deleted bosses, especially Lycia; the downside was how squishy it was. I had trouble doing invitations and if I wasn't on point with my timing certain pinnacles would make me use a portal. Not the end of the world, but I HATE dying. I am considering these two for later respec either from toxic rain pathfinder or caustic arrow occultist, respectively. Pathfinder: (maxroll) Occultist: I am quite familiar with the playstyle after playing life version of occultist so mostly wondering about the defensive mechanics of these two since I might not be able to exactly follow the pobs. Replace anoint with toxic strikes if you want more damage dps is way higher than shown because of ramping poison stacks with spark lot of flex gem spots for you to do what you want (portal or something) if having mana problems, don't use a helical ring and instead use a vermillion with elreon non-channeling mana cost craft

I'm looking at some other Poison Spark Occultists on poe.ninja and trying to figure out how their DPS is so much higher than mine. I've got a couple questions on where to go from here: I'm seeing a lot of use of Steady Torment. I'm sure I'm missing something super obvious. Hello! I have been following maxroll guide for poison spark PF and now i need so tips to improve my build. this build still feels quite bad compared to others i have played. Build is really tanky but dps seems kind of low. Is there still something i am missing?
