PoE builds similar to PoE 3.10 curse aura bot occultist

I'm tired of waiting for others to come up with reasonable builds for this skill I love, so I decided to give it a shot myself. I wanted to emphasize slowing enemies as much as I can and the duration of brands. Any discussion on what can be improved on this build is appreciated. Plan is a 3-4 man party, 2 of them are playing some jank dps carry with the tornado combo. A buddy is playing curse support, and my goal is to give to the party a juiced Detirm, Grace, Dis, Haste is optional but id love to, vitality And if possible a really solid regen with " doesnt have to be just that but id like alot of passive regen. Cant seem to get what im lookin for outside of just raw doggin it with stupid level hopes and extreme gear [
