Mods to look for when buying items: +1 cold/spells, spell damage, elemental damage, cold damage, dot multi, cold dot multi, energy shield, energy shield recharge rate, faster start of energy shield recharge rate. Prioritize citrine amulet for the stats. For body armour, twilight regalia lvl 86 with 100% base percentile and spam dense fossils, for rings, buy the fractured base, spam a few essence of delirium. For boots, buy the base and spam a few deafening essences of anguish.
