PoE builds similar to POE 3.21 INQUISITOR ICE NOVA 1.1M DPS FULL GUIDE

DISCLAIMER: This isn't meant to be a guide but a proof of concept. While I did play this character straight from day 1 of the league, I don't really recommend it early because it's a bit clunky before Divergent Berserk and Lethal Pride appeared on trade which was around day 3, and also the playstyle is really active. Thought I'd share the idea behind the build I used to get 38 Challenges this league. So this is a build i made since i wanted to put energy blade to use since it was introduced into the game. The core idea seems functional, but i stumbled upon some problems: 1-i move too slow 2- reappling shock and low shocks in bosses(leveling the gems might solve this though) The next upgrades are strightforward but ideas about the mechanics are welcome. &x200B;

Frostbolt ice nova battlemage seems like a really fun direction to take the new ascendancy, but there seem to be a lot of limiting factors on it in either the 2h or wander varieties. 2H - this seems best as a pure ice nova build, since pledge of hands is very nice, but cwc cyclone seems unappealing since cwc can be awkward with charging fanaticism. Snap casting cyclone every second seems very tedious. Been wanting to do this build for the last league or so but could not think in a nice way to do it. Finally i reached a point where the build is functional and here it is for u guys. Stampede is incredible for cycloning around like a trainwreck, arc make clear feels butter smooth. A work in progress but feels really nice to play &x200B;

As the title says, I want a build that can one-shot legion. I came across this build, but I'm not sure if it's bait or not. Would this build be worth investing into, or should I look elsewhere? I assume it wouldn't make a big difference whether I have a mageblood or not.

I have been doing some int/strenght stacking energy blade with spellblade on Inquis. I tried out a few skills and really wanted to hammer in sanctum. Switched to shockwave which does such due to 110% effectiveness. Originally had 8500 es with energy blade on, but now switching up rings with projector did lower that. Was able to do sanctums pretty easily in making some currency. However I want to use the 450% effective damage on hexblast.
