Here is my version two of the tri attribute stacker. Still working through the best way to pull this character off, I believe I have made some notable improvements here but it still could use some more polish before I can fully recommend it. This characters main weakness/point of lacking was in sustain just barely out sustaining RF degen being quite low on regen itself. I will revisit this character type again most likely next league to see what I can improve upon it.
