PoE builds similar to Doryani Fist Berserker Mana Slammer Build Concept

Hi guys, Looking for advice on my sort of meme build for 3.22, I have specific questions listed after the build description. Main concept is stacking mana and using Mind of the Council + Lucky Lightning from Voice of the Storm + Shaper of Flames/Storms + Manastorm triggered by Arcane Cloak for lots of flat lightning dmg big ignites and max shock. Hey all, Archmage has been stomped into the ground by GGG for a long time now, so here's a new twist/variant to it that I'm considering league-starting. Abyss Jewel Stacking Trinity Archmage. This is heavily based off of Jungroans Raider variant however with the nerfs to arcane surge it feels like you're almost obligated to take hierophant. PoB: Character is lvl 81 so there is room for more. I also forgot to activate Righteous Fire on the video, so I was missing 40% more damage. Mapping is okay, not the kind of walking simulator you'd get with a RF Inquisitor, but it can do it. Core concept is not new, Indigon + Arcane cloak. The PoB is really far from min/max and the gear was around 7ex total.
