PoE builds similar to Path of Exile 3.9 - Uber Lab vs Explosive Arrow Build - gameplay

Start with Galvanic Arrow , Rain of arrows and then explosive arrow. First buy, always quill rain, as soon as you can afford it ( ranges from 1 alch to 2 chaos on league start) NO PIERCE, NO CHAIN, NO FORK, NO ADDED FLAT DAMAGE ( % is fine, just not something that says 4- 12 fire damage to attacks, until you remove elemental equilibrium) Level assasin mark, but since you cant deal criticals with precise technique, you can choose another mark to use as your default, like warlords for endurance charges or poacher. AoE setup can have like 3 fuse explosion pretty easly, considering the attack speed. Flask i'm not sure of so i left them open for any tinkering. Assuming prices as of 7/2/2020 budget would be around 4 Exalts. Stats to look out for on gear: -Accuracy on at least 1 ring (1 high roll will almost cap it), -Ele dmg with attacks wherever possible, -Additional Arrows on quiver, -Flat fire damage, -A single lightning dmg to attacks roll to proc shock, -Life/Resists like in every build, -Dmg over time multiplier/fire damage, -Hunter influenced boots can roll faster ignite damage which is helpful bef

I am thinking of League Starting Chieftain EA ballista, because I feel like it makes more sense than Champion, and can maybe be more "tanky". I would be using the following nodes: Tsalio \- easy resists, 50% of fire res is lightning and cold Valako \- free melding of the flesh with no downsides, stacking max fire res, 90% all res for cheap Arohongui - with enough life regen on gear, this can make our EA ballistas feel really tanky, and they taunt for us while also recouping 10% of their damage taken as life to us, which will feel really good Ramako or Nganahu \- so depen

Just made this nice bow after finishing the campaign and my damage went way down from Quill Rain. Idk why... i dont have any added fire damage on my gear but I don't see that EE is working.
