So i wanted to try ignite at some point and stumbled upon explosive arrow, which made me think "will it work on budget". I'm gonna post my theory crafted elementalist with notes in the PoB community fork. What do you guys think? Just saying the items are basically example samples and not really what i would be looking for (2 stat rares :D).
