PoE builds similar to Path of Exile [3.19] - easy low budget Cold Blade Vortex

TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK This is a PoB I ripped from poe.ninja and converted to 3.16. I long for tri-elemental BV and this is the best I could find, I did level it it 3.15 which wasn't terrible, but frankly was to lazy/uninterested to try to get past leveling gear. early level with rolling magma, swap to armageddon brand at lvl 28 swap to BV once you have avatar of fire, skill effect duration node, and 40% phys to fire mastery on tree (lvl 45) Swap to crit once you get to maps (lvl 65~) swap path of building trees (lower left hand corner when looking at skill tree) for leveling trees. Important: The build is around 100div. I know that this is not cheap at all, however its nothing compared to the common explode BV build with a bow or a HH. Entry point would be around 20 divs, the dmg is comparable but you move waaayy slower (boots and Haste) Just wanted to show my version because its a bit different :) I have this regular mapping setup, a MF setup (just 2 Ventors, Goldwyrm and Divination Distillate) and a juicer setup for deli maps and bosses (more tank/dmg, less speed/aoe). Looking for suggestions on an Occultist Cold-BV league starter. Budget: low (Mostly spending for 2 strong prefixes on staff) If you've got suggestions on where to take it for min-maxing, that would also be great; I'm coming back after a couple of leagues so I'm \rusty\ - should I go powercharges with 2x Void Battery? Something else? etc - I expect I'll want to respec eventually once I can craft/purchase decent cluster jewels, but don't want to assume I'll be getting them pre-red maps.
