【8 Div Full-Unique】Budget Cold BV (Tips to achieve 100% CRIT with these 2 uniques combo!) 3.22

Hey guys! Here's a budget cold BV build with only【8 Div + Full-Unique】~ This build utilizes these 2 uniques : Trypanon & Sandstorm Visage to get 100% Spell Crit chance without any struggle, so u can save up tons of Crit nodes/gems and just pump as much DPS possible! Also, u can even use controlled destruction support with this set up :) Since we don't need to invest into crits, we can focus on getting more raw dps + def, saving up plenty of passive points.
