So I wanted to give a try this league with Blade Vortex since the massive damage buffs. I've always loved playing Posion BV but wanted to try a different route this time.

I started with Ruetoo's BV Inquisitor using double Obliterations up until early red maps and then I started theorycrafting all my upgrades, especially the defensive ones. So I've come up with this build. I may record a guide, but it is pretty much straightforward: stack HP, gain ES as HP on Glorious Vanity + Chest Piece, get armour where you can and you should be a chunky old man that regens pretty much all hits taken.

This character has 60k eHP according to PoB and can take a 61k max hit, paired with 700 net regen of life and ES (with blood rage on, 1k+ without it).

I did pretty much all the new engame bosses, killed some Conquerors, Elder and Shaper guardians and been consistently farming juiced T16 maps for 2-3 days non-stop without dying and encountering no difficult at bosses.

I did not spend more than 10 EX in this build and am pretty satisfied with the result!

Edit: This POB is showing 2kk dps, but it could be really higher in reality, since we often have 2-3 Power Charges generate via Pc on Crit w/ Vortex. We have 20% chance to cover enemies in ashes and we also have Summon Reaper to inflict bleeding on bosses. So the DPS could go closer to 3KK!
