Path of Exile's Mirage League is less than a week away, so naturally my Cold BV Elementalist League-Starter needed an update.

Patch 3.28 brought us another small nerf to the Liege of the Primordial Ascendancy, but it was so OP already that there's really no cause for alarm.

This video will go over the changes that I've made to the guide since last league, and of course take a look at some of the new content on the horizon.
