Path of Exile's upcoming Settlers of Kalguur League has hype levels at an all-time high, and so by "popular" demand, I've decided to update my Cold BV League-Starter Build Guide for patch 3.25

The build isn't quite as strong as it was at its peak a few patches ago, so unlike in prior versions, I can't give it a blanket endorsement of guaranteed fun for noobs, veterans, and everyone in between.

I'll still be playing it, and if you've enjoyed it before, then you'll probably enjoy it again, but If not, then follow this guide at your own risk. It'll work, but it's only pretty good.

In this video, I'll highlight the major changes I've made since the last release, and talk about what I'm looking forward to most in the Settlers of Kalguur League.
