I have pretty much everything I need to swap to LL except a belt. Crystal belts with 14% cooldown recovery seem to be absurdly expensive, so I'm trying to craft my own. I really only want a decent ES roll and 14%+ CDR on it (I'm already overcapped on res except chaos), and anything else is just gravy. Anyone have any idea how I would go about crafting this?
