PoE builds similar to Self-Damage Trigger | Valako's Charge Chronomancer | Path of Exile 2

I wanted to attempt a CWDT looper, using the Ralakesh boots, ideally using a movement skill to move around, so as to constantly gain and lose all charges. The idea was : Ralakesh Boots give you max charge when you are immobile Double Replica Tulfall inflict 1k cold damage to you when you reach max power charges When you use a blink skill, you lose all charges (from moving), and then gain them back Kingsguard restores 100hp per endurance charge lost (+600hp with 6 endurance charges) Movement skills usable with 2 wands : Lightning Warp (0.7s cast time) Body Swap (0.7s cast time,

The more I think about it the more it makes sense to me that the charges should be present when they matter, but we won't know for sure until we can actually try it with the new boots.
