Hitting 100 mana with lightning warp is tricky, you can use spell echo but it feels a bit weird. I still am running Shaper of Flames which is a relic from when I was using eye of innocence, you could free 4 nodes by respecing from Ash Frost and Storm as well as the Pantheon node if you take Bastion of Elements instead.

The build works without the Forbidden Flesh and Flame Corpse Pact jewels but it is a good deal slower.
