Path of Exile - Lightning Warp's Hidden Potential

UPDATE: Crafting the staff is no longer so easy. The 20% More spell damage mod was moved from Aetheric Fossils to Shaper-influenced staves, and is now 1/4th the spawn weight (significantly less likely to roll.) The +3 Lightning gems mod is more important, so it may be more efficient to spam Alterations for it, Augment and Regal and hope for something decent, then multicraft the rest. Spamming Aetheric and Metallic can still result in something good, but it's not as likely as before.

I actually do recommend this build. It's a bit squishy, but I was able to do all content with it for relatively cheap, and it's super fun. In the right circumstances, you can really crank up the clear speed.
