Hello friends, I want to start off this post by declaring that I would consider myself a very junior build crafter and that I don't expect this build to be rock solid in any sense of the word. As well as that, I have not played this build this league and therefore cannot guarantee it's effectiveness, so that is why I'm flairing this post Theory. I can say that this is an updated version of a build I had played last league, with mainly just changes to damage scaling. If anyone is familiar with Jousis's Lightning Warp build, this is highly inspired by it, but has some core differences in how damage and defense are scaled.

The Basics
While a majority of the mechanics are outlined in the notes of this build, I feel like it's easier for people to read up here before opening up the PoB. This build focuses around Inquisitor's Fanaticism ascendancy, which lets us abuse high cast speeds while keeping mana costs low. Since we get very high cast rate, maxing at ~13 casts per second, we can use lightning warp to decent effectiveness since it hits twice per cast and is pretty nice as a movement skill. High cast rate also allows us to put in Orb of Storms, which helps to not only add to our damage, but also helps with clearing tougher/larger packs of mobs while clearing. Leap Slam + Faster attacks is the choice of trigger for Fanaticism, because it lets us keep up the pace of clearing.

This build is not intended to be a great build by any means. I've found that I very much like the playstyle of this build, honestly. While I don't think this is a particularly super expensive build, I definitely won't say it's cheap and it still has some very glaring issues when it comes to survivability. All in all though, I do think this is a serviceable build that has the ability to do a good bit of content with enough patience, but definitely is not something to look for in terms of cost efficiency.
I am more than open to any suggestions on this build and look forward to seeing this build pushed to its limits.
