PoE builds similar to POE2 0.3 Frost Darts Cold Infusion Stormweaver Day 1/2 Update

I am playing an Eye of Winter Occultist and I honestly really enjoy it. But I mainly struggle with defenses on this character. I have reshuffled my Passive Tree a few times now. I tried Glancing Blows with a Life on Block Shield, but i had to sacrifice alot of Life to get the Block nodes. In terms of Main Links, I tried Pinpoint with Apex Mode Jewel, which was fine. I tried Badge of Brotherhood and ice Bite, but I didnt like losing Life on my Amulet and it just didnt feel right. Also I dont know how to keep up frenzy on bosses. Right now I am playing with Unleash and the three Unleash nodes

I've been doing some testing on Eye of Winter as its my favorite spell in the game. I dislike brands as a playstyle so Jung's Arcanist Brand build wasn't doing it for me (and I want to be more hipster). Eye of Winter starts to reappear on screen at around +700% proj speed in game or x8.00 in PoB. There a few notable things about this. First of all, I'm only using ~20 Ramako Sniper tattoos, though your passive tree would become a bit inefficient to fit more. Second, I am using a 247 widowhail with a 73% proj speed quiver. Hello guys, Recently died way too early on one of my most unique HC league scions ive rolled in awhile. I was using Eye of Winter + Volkuur's Guidance to use eye of winter poison on hit. It Was doing incredible screen clear and single target-- exactly what I was trying to fix on eye of winter. My only issue here is how is POB calculating my DPS. Yo recently theorycrafted around the eye of winter build from jung. Dont get me wrong I could just buy all the items and call it a day but I wanted to maybe create a thread and share budget options.
