-with 52%+ CDR(cooldown recovery rate), your attack rate needs to be 10.10 or less (you can check your attack rate on cyclone in POB) **careful with anything that gives you attack speed e.g. Onslaught on kill** going over 10.10 attack rate will make you lose DPS we get 52%+ CDR from ascendancy (30%) + awakened CoC (22% at level 5) Avoid these map mods: -40% reduced cooldown recovery rate -elemental reflect -no leech (because we use mana leech) **can do phys reflect, also no regen as long as you keep hitting enemies** Pantheons: -Major - Soul of the Brine King (unlock freeze immunity and reduced chill effect) -Minor - Soul of Abberath (unlock burning ground immunity) *Bandits kill all* Things to achieve: -100% crit chance WITHOUT increased critical strikes support gem -100% accuracy (can be hard to get, 90%+ should be fine, look for accuracy rolls on gear) -100% spell suppression (ideally "Inveterate" wheel on tree (39%) + 15% with evasion mastery, get the other 46% on gear, can skip the mastery if you have good suppression gear) -212 dex, 257 int for equiping Cospri's Malice (you can get a crucible tree on your cospris with " 20 or 30% Reduced attribure requirements", it makes gearing much easier) -sustain mana without a flask (reduced mana cost on jewellery, "Mind drinker" on tree, attack damage leeched as mana (I have attack damage leeched as mana on my weapon tree, you can get it on the passive tree with "Clever thief" for 2 skill points)) + "skills cost life instead of 30% of mana" mastery Budget: around 22-25 divines
