PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.22 Ancestor, 3.21 Crucible Exsanguinate builds

I wanted to league start CF Champion this league, but after the suggested changes from KB wander to Spectral throw, I though I'd try to find another option. Thus the Blade Flurry channeling Reap/Exsanguinate, Corrupting Fever / Corrupting Cry Champion was born. This league i build a Scion Exsanguinate with Poets. It had trouble to deal with rares in t16 white but what decently tanky. What are the options to improve this build to the next steps also suggestions in tankyness would be great. This is the POBB:

Hey exiles, I haven't played the last few leagues and decided to give CF a go in this one since I hadn't played it before. Build is pretty standard, Divine flesh, 50k armor with 10% of armor applies to chaos mastery, 80/79/79/84 resist, poet's pen with reap-exsanguinate-brutality, fever + vaal reap 5 link. It's pretty good, great clear but meh single target as expected. One issue I had up until recently was bad recovery, even though I was able to tank multiple hits from bosses my leech wasn't good enough so I got a vitality + arrogance setup and specced into surge of vigor(every 4 seconds rege
